Galactic Hunter is an arcade game inspired by the mechanics of the classic spaceship games, but with an indie aesthetic full of gore.
According to its author, Galaga and Space Invaders are the two games that inspired this arcade shooter with vertical scrolling. As you can imagine, in the Galactic Hunter games you control a ship in which you'll have to go through all the levels successively, facing minor enemies, and larger entities.
Galactic Hunter doesn't bring anything new to the genre, and is simply one more spaceship arcade game, but you can download it for free, and that by its simple handling and universal concept gives you a fun time. But don't expect Galactic Hunter to be the game of the year.
